The Betsy Hotel, South Beach

The hotel is beautiful and set on the prestigious South Beach. The staff were attentive and very helpful. The Carlton Cafe was great but we never managed the main restaurant. The lobby bar was good too.

The Betsy is a super cute little hotel at the end of South Beach. We were traveling in October so we did not get to enjoy many of the amenities the hotel had to offer due to weather. Our room was lovely and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. It seems like the perfect location for a girls trip or couples get away! We enjoyed our room service as well!

I come to Miami with my daughter who wanted to visit Miami for so long . When booking for the first time and not knowing where to stay mostly because of the safety reasons ,I was going back and forth between Betsy and one I won’t named hotel name but luxury well know one when we got there we realize that couldn’t made a more perfect Choice then staying at the Betsy!!!!!!.. from the moment we come felt super welcomed by everyone specially lovely gentlemen named Gustavo on the front desk, got room earlier then we booked what made us beyond happy and super thankful to be able . Frizzier and Jackie thanks !! Food in the hotel restaurant amazing,hotel pool super clean and rooftop one unbelievable view , rooms great but LOCATION!!! I mean there is no other place with a better one... if you just stay on Ocean dr. You are good everything walking distance across from hotel amazing Starbucks if you feel like t have one which we did every morning lol.. beach stunning and they provide umbrella and lounging chairs to relax with the towels which made a whole difference... stunning place to take a photos my daughter couldn’t stop now she is saying mom all of my Friends wanna come here ,... but last night there we went to just try a restaurant in that luxury hotel I mentioned before just to see how It’s is and truly beautiful place with a amazing food but location hell NO... walking on that street with all the stores and stuff attracted not safe and desirable people to meet when you are woman with a kid on the street... We couldn’t wait to be on the Ocean dr. At The Betsy And one more time got confirmation that we chose the most amazing hotel that we possibly could thank you to Betsy for giving my daughter and-me the most unforgettable vacation and like my daughter said mom this is the best time of my life and for a teenager to say that I know I did great as a mom. The property is at the end of South Beach, great location and very much quiet. Roof bar and pool, was cool, only busy on Saturday afternoon, beach area was great. Gym was small but had everything I needed to work out. Strongest like is the Staff. FOH Went above and beyond, FOH (female, dark hair, Latino) was a star, helped me and my wife Changing rooms, went from a classic king to Royal Ocean suite. As all the rooms we looked at where n need of repair.

The Betsy was located in a fun area of Miami Beach and directly across the street from the beach. The room was very comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly. We enjoyed that the hotel offered beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas (!) at the beach at no additional cost. We also ate lunch at the restaurant after we checked out and the food was tasty and our server was super nice!
